George Ganzenmuller is currently National Innovation and Optimisation Leader at Opal Packaging. He has worked in various packaging technical roles in companies such as Leigh Mardon Flexibles, Amcor, Orora and Opal for over 35 years. Recent positions have focused specifically on fibre and polymer packaging innovation. With qualifications in food technology, packaging technology and business management, George's passions lie in creation of innovative packaging solutions and strategic relationships as well as supporting people within the packaging industry. A long term member of the Australian Institute of Packaging, George is also an internationally recognized Certified Packaging Professional (CPP), current PIDA Award Judge, World Star Student Award Judge, and Tutor of the AIP Certificate in Packaging Course.
