Sam Davies is the Head Grower at Premier Fresh Australia’s Lancaster Farm in Northern Victoria. Before becoming the Grower at Lancaster, Sam spent two years in another Australian growers IPM department after completing his studies in Sustainable Agriculture. He then moved through Premier Fresh Australia’s 2-year Graduate Program where he was exposed to many aspects of the fresh produce industry before moving into his current role as Head Grower at Lancasters 5-hectare Cravo facility.
