ACCOMMODATION

We have reserved a number of discounted rooms at surrounding hotels for our conference delegates. Bookings can be made during the registration process or added later on. You will need to select your room type, indicate arrival and departure dates, and provide full prepayment in advance to secure your booking.

Please note all accommodation bookings need to be confirmed and paid by Friday 21st June 2024.

Mantra Melbourne Melton

This hotel is located within Melton Entertainment Park, directly adjoining the conference venue. It features 41 modern, spacious and tastefully furnished four-star accommodation rooms for your comfort.

All rooms are light filled and are fitted with quality furnishings, tea/coffee making facilities, wireless internet, Foxtel, minibar and flat screen TV.

The hotel also offers free parking , room service, bistro dining, gaming lounge, sports bar, and TAB facilities.

Mercure Melbourne Caroline Springs offers 98 contemporary styled rooms and apartments each with their own balcony. Located a short 15-20 minutes drive from the conference venue, it includes three dining options, an indoor pool, spa, fitness centre and free parking. Internet is available at an additional charge.

General booking terms and conditions:

Check-in times - Rooms are not guaranteed available until 2 pm on the day of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

Changes - If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Please note, you will be required to complete a credit card authority form upon enquiry. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

Cancellations - Accommodation booked as part of the conference registration process can be cancelled in full with no penalty, as long as your request to cancel is made no later than 35 days before the first date of your hotel booking. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to ASN Events. In some instances, Accommodation providers may allow changes or cancellations within the 35-day period and ASN Events will manage this process for you and advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable portion.

Security deposit upon check in - A security deposit will be held to cover any miscellaneous charges.

Room availability - During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email ASN Events if you have any queries regarding accommodation.

BEWARE OF SCAMS 

Firms claiming to be legitimate accommodation and travel agents for this event, such as Business Travel Management (BTM), may contact you requesting credit card details. They are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers.

The HFF Conference Organisers (ASN Events) and our partner hotels will NEVER send emails or place telephone calls to individuals in order to promote specific accommodations. If you receive emails or telephone calls regarding conference hotel accommodations, please disregard and do not engage with the sender. Our partner hotels will not contact you for any credit card information relating to your reservation via phone calls or email. If credit card authorisation is being requested, the request will only be made directly from our partner hotels.
