Andrew Redman is the Chief Technical and Sustainability Officer for Perfection Fresh Australia and is focussed on bringing a commercial and collaborative leadership style to deliver improved food safety, quality and sustainability outcomes for fresh produce that exceed ever increasing customer and consumer expectations. In addition, Andrew is a board member of Freshcare and the Fresh Produce Safety Centre.
