INVITED GROWER registrations

Industry representatives will be reaching out to their grower network in the coming WEEKS. If you have not yet received your grower INVITE, please FEEL FREE TO contact your representative from our list of sponsors and exhibitors.

  • Each invitation has a unique number so we are able to track who issued the invitation and who accepted.

  • To be classified as a grower you must be a commercial producer of horticultural products with over 50% of your average annual income being from actual growing activities.

  • The invitation can be extended to more than one person from each farm for the same price of $50 per HFF member and $100 per non HFF member.

  • All grower registrations will be tracked to the grower segment (e.g. berries, herbs etc), to ensure a representative spread across the industry.      

  • All grower invitation registrations will be reviewed by the committee. If the registration is for a non-grower ,the organisation who issued the invitation will be invoiced and required to pay for a full registration ($765).

  • It is the trade participants responsibility to follow up all their invited growers to ensure they are attending to avoid additional late fees.

  • All growers must be registered by the earlybird deadline, after this date the invitations will be invalid.

 SINGLE DAY REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Access to all sessions on your nominated day of attendance

  • Conference Program and Conference app

  • Catering during the breaks on your nominated day of attendance

  • Free WiFi access throughout the conference venue

  • Certificate of attendance post conference

  • The registration fee covers and includes all Australian Government taxes


Registration Process

Registration is now open for the 2024 Hydroponics Farmers Federation Conference.

If you have attended an ASN Events conference before, you will need to log in to your profile as a ‘returning delegate’ with your original email and password.

If you are registering with Currinda for the first time, you need to register as a ‘new delegate’. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your personal details. This will be the only time you will ever need to enter your details for any event run by this software.

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email, outlining what you have registered for. If you do not receive this email, either your email was entered incorrectly or your registration is not complete. If this happens, please contact the secretariat, please do not re-register.

You can use your email and password to access your registration at any time to make any necessary changes such as adding additional add-on's, making a payment, downloading your certificate of attendance or your current invoice.

If you wish to make changes to your registration type after you have registered, please email the details to the secretariat - do not re-register.


Registration Payment

A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’. The payment options are:

  • Credit card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express (please note credit cards attract a surcharge of 1.25% while American Express payments attract a surcharge of 2.95%)

  • Direct debit (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application)

An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘dashboard’ at any time.

The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.

All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your ‘dashboard’. The ‘dashboard’ also keeps a record of any abstract you have submitted.

ASN Events supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.

Early Bird Payments

Payment for early bird registration must be received before the close of early bird deadline. Payments received after this day may not be eligible to avail of the early bird rate. 


  • The “Conference Organisers” (the Conference Committee and ASN Events) are committed to providing a seamless registration process. ASN Events, as managing agent for the Conference Organisers, can assist you with your registration and any additional items to attend the conference should you have any queries during the registration process.   • At the end of your online registration, you will be given the option to pay securely via credit card or receive an invoice to make a bank transfer. Credit card payments incur a merchant fee, which is outlined to you in the registration portal. You will be sent a receipt upon submitting your registration and payment.

    If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will be sent an invoice upon submitting your registration, and full payment must be made within 30 days of registering. Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is made. If you register during a period of discounted or early bird rate, you must ensure that payment is made before the discounted period ends, otherwise the next cost level will apply.

  • Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact ASN Events via email no later than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply to cover administration costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference, no refund will be payable.

    Refund Policy Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee. No refund. Substitution to alternate delegate

  • In the event you are unable to attend the conference, substitution of your registration is available to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing via email to ASN Events. Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs must be sought directly with the new attendee.

  • ASN Events will refund any fees paid to ASN Events as a result of amending your registration and/or associated requirements, after taking into consideration the relevant cancellation policy, within 7 business days of receiving a refund request.

    All credit card surcharges payable at the time of registration are non-refundable.

    Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organisation or institution from which the payment was received.

  • The Conference Organisers accept no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond their reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.

    If the Conference Organisers elect to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference.

    If the Conference Organisers elects to cancel the event, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. The conference will not refund any travel costs associated with the cancellation of the event. Accommodation pre-payments will be refunded subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.

  • Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Conference Organisers and ASN Events as managing agent, accept no responsibility or liability against cancellations of bookings, loss or inconvenience or theft/damage to belongings in this regard.

  • All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the conference website. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused because of such alteration.
